1. Data Controller
This website (zenetta.com.tr) is operated by Zenetta Furniture, under the Karaduman Import & Export umbrella ("Zenetta", "we"), acting as data controller under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the Turkish equivalent of GDPR.
2. Personal Data We Process
We only process data you submit to us directly:
- Contact form / WhatsApp handoff: name, phone, email, message content.
- Dealer application form: name, company, city, phone, email, message content.
- Site usage data: anonymous/aggregated analytics collected via Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
We never request or process payment card or bank account data through this site.
3. Purpose of Processing
- To review and respond to your contact or dealer application,
- To share the product, sizing or pricing information you request via WhatsApp or phone,
- To analyze site traffic and usage to improve our service.
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent (submitting a form) and on the legal bases of contract formation/performance at your request and our legitimate interest, under KVKK Art. 5(2).
5. Data Sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties beyond the Zenetta staff handling your request, except with analytics providers such as Google Analytics in anonymized/aggregated form where technically necessary. Messages you send via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
6. Retention Period
Form data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and meet any applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights Under KVKK
Under KVKK Art. 11, you may contact us to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information about such processing,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion under the conditions set out in KVKK,
- Request that the above be notified to any third parties data was shared with,
- Object to a result arising solely from automated analysis that is to your detriment,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
